Webinar – Add’l CGDP DPP Portal Training for Sponsors
TPA Operations will be hosting a Sponsor Webinar training session on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 1:30-3:00 ET, for anyone interested in additional assistance with the new process. In this training session, we will explore the new Medicare Part D Coverage Gap Discount Program Direct Payment Process to ensure adequate training prior to the Quarter 2 2015 Quarterly Invoice release. Although there has been a staggered approach in rolling out the new portal, effective with the Quarter 1 2015 invoices, the new CGDP portal will be available for downloading reports, including the Sponsors Summary, Data and Tracking Reports. The payment initiation functionality will be disabled; however, for training purposes the actual invoice data will be visible on the Payments tab of the portal. In order to make sure that everyone is prepared to use the new portal beginning Quarter 2 2015, we encourage you to sign up for this additional training.
